This course is specifically designed to help Realtors to conduct a buyer counseling session, sign buyer clients to a written buyer representation agreement, negotiate buyer clients’ offers, and bring the transaction to a successful close. Registration fees for single classes or seminars of one day or less in length will be refunded in full if the request is received prior to the start time on the business day preceding the class or seminar, excluding weekends and holidays. For example, if a course is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on a Monday, the request must be received by 9:00 a.m. on the preceding Friday. If scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. on a Wednesday, the request must be received by 1:30 p.m. on a Tuesday.C. Courses that offer a designation or certification, whether single day or multiple days, will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. The written request for refund must be received three business days, excluding weekends and holidays, prior to the course start date.
