The Law portion will expand on the real estate law learned in the basic sales associate’s Course to help participants identify and understand legal issues that arise. Courses that offer a designation or certification, whether single day or multiple days, will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. If a course is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, registrants may choose to receive a full refund or apply the credit toward another course within the same calendar year.
