Carpooling is strongly encouraged as construction at The Ringling limits parking! Please coordinate transportation with other participants. You will receive a list with the names of those who have registered in a confirmation email.

• This is a 1-1:15 hour interactive walking tour, both indoors and outside (rain or shine), with sneakers/very comfortable close-toed walking shoes strongly recommended. Long pants, hats, umbrella, sunscreen, and water are also recommended. Your tour:
o 10:00 a.m. meeting in the Keating Center (Patricia Thompson Gallery).
o Docent leads through:
o Stulberg Gallery Basch Visual Arts Center
o Christ-Janer Center

 Larry Thompson Academic Center
 Goldstein Library (brief stop)
 Ulla Searing Student Center
 Tour ends at madeby Gallery (in the Ulla Searing Student Center)
o Guests will receive gift bags there and the option to sign up for more information in areas of interest at the college, invitations to events, volunteer opportunities, etc.
o Group can proceed to lunch in Hammond Commons, our student dining hall if desired. The charge is $7/person, cash preferred, but credit cards are also taken.


A. Registrations are not transferable, but may be refunded per this policy. All requests must be submitted in writing.
B. Registration fees for single classes or seminars of one day or less in length will be refunded in full if the request is received prior to the start time on the business day preceding the class or seminar, excluding weekends and holidays. For example, if a course is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on a Monday, the request must be received by 9:00 a.m. on the preceding Friday. If scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. on a Wednesday, the request must be received by 1:30 p.m. on a Tuesday.
C. Courses that offer a designation or certification, whether single day or multiple days, will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. The written request for refund must be received three business days, excluding weekends and holidays, prior to the course start date. For example, if a course is scheduled to start at 8:30 a.m. on a Monday, the cancellation and request for refund must be received no later than the preceding Wednesday.
D. If a course is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, registrants may choose to receive a full refund or apply the credit toward another course within the same calendar year.
