Topics include: Membership Responsibilities; Membership Marks Usage; Fair Housing & Antitrust; MLS Rules & Regulations; Association Services; Mandatory Code of Ethics training. Registration will close at 2:00pm on 11/20/20. A link to log in will be sent before the start of class. Webinar Webinar A. Registrations are not transferable, but may be refunded per this policy. All requests must be submitted in writing. Education@myrasm.comB. Registration fees for single classes or seminars of one day or less inlength will be refunded in full if the request is received prior to the starttime on the business day preceding the class or seminar, excluding weekends andholidays. For example, if a course is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on aMonday, the request must be received by 9:00 a.m. on the preceding Friday. Ifscheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. on a Wednesday, the request must be received by1:30 p.m. on a Tuesday.C. Courses that offer a designation or certification, whether single day ormultiple days, will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. The writtenrequest for refund must be received three business days, excluding weekends andholidays, prior to the course start date. For example, if a course is scheduledto start at 8:30 a.m. on a Monday, the cancellation and request for refund mustbe received no later than the preceding Wednesday.D. If a course is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, registrants may chooseto receive a full refund or apply the credit toward another course within thesame calendar year.
