This course meets the Department of Business and Professional Regulation requirement for every licensee to attend Ethics and Business Practices training to renew their real Estate license. This course also meets the National Association of REALTORS® triennial Code of Ethics requirement to maintain your REALTOR® membership for the 2019-21 cycle.

This class is part of the Florida Realtors virtual series that is live streamed from Orlando.

A. Registrations are not transferable, but may be refunded per this policy. All requests must be submitted in writing.
B. Registration fees for single classes or seminars of one day or less in length will be refunded in full if the request is received prior to the start time on the business day preceding the class or seminar, excluding weekends and holidays. For example, if a course is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on a Monday, the request must be received by 9:00 a.m. on the preceding Friday. If scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. on a Wednesday, the request must be received by 1:30 p.m. on a Tuesday.
C. Courses that offer a designation or certification, whether single day or multiple days, will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. The written request for refund must be received three business days, excluding weekends and holidays, prior to the course start date. For example, if a course is scheduled to start at 8:30 a.m. on a Monday, the cancellation and request for refund must be received no later than the preceding Wednesday. 
D. If a course is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, registrants may choose to receive a full refund or apply the credit toward another course within the same calendar year.
