Sabal Sign is an easy-to-use digital signature feature within Form Simplicity that streamlines the way real estate professionals manage transactions.

In this course, students will learn how to navigate electronic web-based transaction software, identify system requirements for reliable performance, and complete state-approved real estate paperwork
electronically. The class also covers how to import MLS and tax record information into transactions, edit and update existing documents, and electronically manage all real estate paperwork within a web-based
platform. Participants will learn to create and manage electronic clauses, build efficient transaction packages, and communicate effectively with clients through print, email, faxing, sharing, and electronic
signatures. By the end of the course, students will be able to create, manage, and store digitally signed documentation, allowing for smoother workflows and faster closings.
