RASM volunteers will ensure a memorable experience for every child by helping to serve a traditional holiday meal and assisting with activity booths and photos with Santa. For most of the children who receive an invitation, the South Sarasota County Holiday Party is the only chance they will have to celebrate the joy of the season due to their difficult financial circumstances at home. The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County (BGCSC) is to enable all young people to reach their full potential, as productive and responsible citizens. The BGCSC serves approximately 5,000 children each year across Sarasota County, in five Club locations from Newtown to North Port.
