A. Registrations are not transferable, but may be refunded per this policy. All requests must be submitted in writing.
B. Registration fees for single classes or seminars of one day or less in length will be refunded in full if the request is received prior to the start time on the business day preceding the class or seminar, excluding weekends and holidays. For example, if a course is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on a Monday, the request must be received by 9:00 a.m. on the preceding Friday. If scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. on a Wednesday, the request must be received by 1:30 p.m. on a Tuesday.
C. Courses that offer a designation or certification, whether single day or multiple days, will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. The written request for refund must be received three business days, excluding weekends and holidays, prior to the course start date. For example, if a course is scheduled to start at 8:30 a.m. on a Monday, the cancellation and request for refund must be received no later than the preceding Wednesday. 
D. If a course is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, registrants may choose to receive a full refund or apply the credit toward another course within the same calendar year.
