Developing a Comparative Market Analysis for your seller or buyer can be tricky. In Class 2 of BOOST, you will learn how to utilize the tools available to you so you can prepare an accurate price for your listings. CMAs are NOT appraisals!

*MASTERMIND Session following BOOST. Hang out  after the class for a “What’s Next” session to take place after each BOOST class. It will be conducted as a round table to discuss topics provided during the BOOST class and how to apply them. Ambassador panelists will provide insight and mentorship to attendees at each session.
