You're Registered!
Spend two days in this class for your 14 hours of continuing education for license renewal. You will take away information that will help you in your real estate career AND keep you out of trouble with FREC.

This session provides the full 14-hours of continuing education needed for license renewal. The 14-hours CE includes 3 hours of Core Law AND 3 hours of Ethics and Business Practices. You must attend both Sept 6 & Sept 7 from 8am-4pm to receive credit.

Class registration will close at 2:00pm the day before class. A link will be sent shortly after.

***This class will be held as a hybrid. You can take the class in person at RASM South or by webinar. Select the corresponding registration fee to sign up.
Please Note: Anyone taking this class via webinar is required to be on camera the entire time, please be sure to have working webcam before choosing this option. Thank you.

The day before class, you will receive a digital copy of the course manual to print or download onto your electronic devices to view during class. Should you require a printed copy of the manual, the association can provide one for a $20 printing fee.

A. Registrations are not transferable, but may be refunded per this policy. All requests must be submitted in writing.
B. Registration fees for single classes or seminars of one day or less in length will be refunded in full if the request is received prior to the start time on the business day preceding the class or seminar, excluding weekends and holidays. For example, if a course is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on a Monday, the request must be received by 9:00 a.m. on the preceding Friday. If scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. on a Wednesday, the request must be received by 1:30 p.m. on a Tuesday.
C. Courses that offer a designation or certification, whether single day or multiple days, will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. The written request for refund must be received three business days, excluding weekends and holidays, prior to the course start date. For example, if a course is scheduled to start at 8:30 a.m. on a Monday, the cancellation and request for refund must be received no later than the preceding Wednesday. 
D. If a course is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, registrants may choose to receive a full refund or apply the credit toward another course within the same calendar year.
