If scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. on a Wednesday, the request must be received by 1:30 p.m. on a Tuesday.C. Courses that offer a designation or certification, whether single day or multiple days, will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. The written request for refund must be received three business days, excluding weekends and holidays, prior to the course start date.
